The Pregnancy and Postpartum Recovery Training offers active and small-group training sessions that are tailored to your level and needs. With a maximum of 10 participants per session, you'll get personalized attention from a specialized physiotherapist who can help you with any complaints you may have during or after pregnancy. The training takes place at Fysiotherapie Together In Motion Veulenkamp 45 in Delft or Atalantaplein 2 in Rijswijk, where each class is designed to help you maintain or improve your strength, stability, fitness and special attention for your core strength and muscles of the pelvic floor. The instructor uses a variety of practice materials and always adjusts the workouts to your current load capacity, ensuring that you get the most out of each session. The training instructions are given in both Dutch and English.
